Graz-based EOSS Industries, Kanzler Verfahrenstechnik and the Rieckermann Group announce their strategic cooperation and the acquisition of BDI-BioEnergy International GmbH. Together, the companies are joining forces to realize a shared vision of the circular economy, to which BDI’s technology leadership makes an important contribution. As part of this agreement, EOSS Industries is also acquiring the shares in BDI Holding GmbH and BDI-BioLife Science GmbH. The BDI Group currently employs a total of around 140 people. This is an important step for the EOSS Renewable Energy Division, while at the same time strengthening the company’s focus on LifeSciences with BDI-BioLife Science, a leading company in the field of biotechnological production of algae-based nutraceuticals.
